Returns/Refunds

KLMXCLUSIVE reserves the right to refuse any return or refund. All sales are final.

If the item is damaged from an error I made, please email me within 3 days of receiving your item including a photo of the damage or error. Make sure to keep the item in case it needs to be sent back! Customers will be responsible for shipping any items back in a timely manner the same condition as photographed, IF there is an agreement for the item between KLMXCLUSIVE and customer.

I will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items that may occur in the hands of postal services.

I can ensure items will be packaged with care.
